Be Bold

Be Bold is my intention for my 37th year.

I’ve talked about my yearly inquiries since I began the practice in 2016 with the intention to Be Wild. It then transitioned to Becoming Unleashed. Then it was Courage, Dear Heart. Compassion. Nourishment. Connection. And now boldness.

Throughout my 36th year, I’ve been in a process of integrating, completing and releasing the lessons I began learning 7 years ago when I turned 29 and began my first Saturn Return. I’ve been feeling my way through the nuances, differences and relationships between being wild, having courage, being brave and being bold.

What do these words, concepts, felt-sense wisdoms and interrelationships mean to you? How are you wild? How are you brave? How does courage show up for you? Are you bold?

Ever since I can remember people have called me bold, but in my youth there was a certain arrogance and drive I don’t relate to as much since learning empathy, running bold-faced into my trauma body, and coming out the other side of my compassion, nourishment and connection inquiries.

This past year, so much has shifted for me. I fully integrated my heart with my head and became embodied. I transitioned into being a woman. In the past couple months, I’ve been tested by being re-invited into old patterns and hearing about past relationships that I now have gotten clear NOs about or feel neutral about rather than triggered. I’ve also been triggered and able to resource myself, be with it and come together in healing and mutual accountability. Both Human Design and The Embody Lab’s Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Program have given me new tools and knowledge to hold my complex trauma with new awareness and resilience.

For my 37th birthday, I am giving myself the gift of being all of myself boldly. I invite you all to celebrate and inquire along with me today boldly, courageously, wildly, compassionately and bravely! How will you nourish yourself today? Let’s connect and dance, dream and define the future together!
